CHECK-IN

On site Check-in, on the moving in day, allows a formal welcome to occupant(s) to their new home, show them around followed by signature on the inventory report and the keys are handed over.

INTERIM (MID-TERM) INSPECTION

A mid term (interim) inspection identifying wear-n-tear, damages, changes from original inventory report confirms right decisions are made on time by both the parties to avoid future financial losses, up hold the relationship and take remedial actions where necessary.

CHECK-OUT

Thorough on site Check out report on occupants leaving confirms the actual status of the property after wear-n-tear taken into account or even damages/changes, which then becomes the base for refund reasoning and avoid any further dispute.
